ONE MAN, ONE BOAT, ONE OCEAN
Following the success of The Entrepreneur Ship in 2021, serial entrepreneur Sam Glover is set to take on The World’s Toughest Row 2023 as a solo—a 3,000-mile unsupported rowing race across the Atlantic, from La Gomera, Canary Islands, to Antigua. Confronting waves up to 20 feet high and completing over 1.5 million oar strokes, Sam takes on this ultimate challenge to raise funds for UnLtd and support our social entrepreneurs.
With a target of £250,000, all proceeds will benefit the Technical Assistance of the Growth Impact Fund. This fund aids us in providing comprehensive business support to diverse-led social enterprises, enabling them to scale their business and social impact, paving the way for growth investment.
Funds raised from The Entrepreneur Ship in 2021 have already supported 16 diverse, impactful social enterprises on their journey to growth investment. Notably, Neuropool recently secured a £300,000 investment from our Growth Impact Fund, advancing its goal to employ over 10,000 people with neurodiverse challenges/abilities by 2030.
